One Clinic:

The Pulmonary - One Lifestyle Clinic

ONE Clinic is the idea of providing a place where people can come to drastically improve their current quality of life. Especially at this time, I believe that we all deserve options-ones that do not include exhaustive testing or medications for a list of “problems”. Our aim is to educate and empower patients to realize the potential that they have in decreasing suffering and premature death due to preventable diseases. Especially here in Louisiana, it is time to turn our attention to prevention and even reversal of comorbidities.

My mission is simple-to provide HOPE in a way that is easy, accessible and devoid of the sterility we often feel in the healthcare industry. I have been on both sides of the table-as a mother, as a daughter, as a patient and as a provider. I have always felt that there has to be a “better way”. Healing is so dependent upon what we feel as much as what we know.

I am humbled to have the opportunity to provide care here at ONE Clinic with a team committed to the principles of faith and hope. We want to remind patients to love themselves and to remember that we are an extension of God and of nature-to be respected and cared for authentically.

Cough Q&A What is Coughing?

Having a cough every once in a while is typically no more than a minor inconvenience. If your cough lasts for weeks without relief, you might have a chronic cough. Lifestyle medicine physician, Andrea Espinoza, MD, FCCP, at OCSM can help.

OCSM: Sports Medicine Specialist

If you suffer an injury while playing sports or participating in physical activity, sports medicine rehabilitation can speed up the healing process and lower your risk of future complications.

Got Locked Fingers?

While there are a number of causes for fingers getting stuck and not moving appropriately, one of the most common causes we see as orthopedic hand surgeons is a condition known as trigger finger (i.e. inflammation of the flexor tendons).
